Daniel Gullo has over 20 years experience as a planning and analysis specialist, successfully serving in leadership roles across a variety of industries including Tertiary Education, Health, Mining, and Community Services. Daniel has extensive knowledge and experience in planning and forecasting, data modeling, workforce planning, HR benchmarking and performance indicators. He played a major role in establishing and developing the Universities’ HR Benchmarking Program across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, Daniel has played a key role in forecasting and planning for several major hospital infrastructure projects. He has been a significant contributor to the development of the workforce planning function at a number of organisations and has presented both nationally and internationally on topics such as workforce planning, benchmarking and HR key performance indicators.
